Kicking off the New Year!
2020 was a tough year for all of us, and although 2021 is a new year, it’s starting with a continued pandemic and gloomy news. What always brings me back to myself are certain tools that I’ve built in my toolbox of life over the years: meditation, yoga, and journaling.
We want to help you and your employees set your intentions right with our 7 days at-home wellness retreat through these practices. Enjoy daily meditations, yoga practices, and journal prompts based on new themes each day. Whether you’re a first-timer or have been doing yoga for a while, this is a mindful experience for everyone.
You’re also going to get access to an atlasGO challenge where you will be able to track your progress, compete in teams, and share your favorite yoga pose photos! Sign up by January 15th, as we will start on Monday, January 18th, until the Sunday live zoom class to close out the week!
How Does it Work?
After you sign up for the atlasGO’s Wellness Retreat, you will receive a personalized email with your meditation and yoga practice + your journal prompt to reflect on every day!
You will also be invited to join the challenge on the atlasGO mobile app to track your progress and connect with our community. You can also invite your colleagues and create a team! This is an amazing opportunity to connect with yourself and others and start your 2021 with intention and peace.
