Today we celebrate the International Day of Yoga with a Yoga challenge on the app!
We launched this in San Francisco yesterday with a community yoga class, and virtually all over the world, signed-up participants are able to take the class. We raised over $1,000 for the Prison Yoga Project!
teroGO is continuously developing. It’s been three years since we started this adventure to be the leading fitness for good movement, and we’re moving towards holistic wellbeing. We believe that fitness is so much about taking care of our emotional and mental bodies as well as our physical ones.
The yoga class was led by Jessica Seid, a passionate yoga teacher who poured her heart out as to why yoga saved her life. This community class and teroGO yoga challenge are supporting the Prison Yoga Project: bringing trauma-informed, mindfulness-based yoga directly to prisoners around the world.
Thank you to our sponsors, without whom this event wouldn’t be possible. Sufferfest Beer for the beautiful space, GT’s Kombucha, Guayaki Mate, and Sufferfest Beer for the drinks, and alter eco & Regained for the snacks!
And thank you to Lululemon, Equator Coffee, Yoga tree, and Satori Yoga studios for the raffle prizes!
Wishing you a happy international day of yoga, wherever you are, I hope you get to practice for yourself and set intentions for this beautiful cause! Personally, it’s a big dream to be bringing yoga to teroGO, so thank you, thank you, thank you!
