We partnered with Nestle Belgium for an employee engagement challenge in support of two very important charities for their employees.

Because We Care!
This challenge was created only for the operations team of Nestle Belgium. 50 co-workers came together in a 100% virtual challenge.
The “Because We Care!” challenge raised €5,000 in support of Pink Ribbon. Pink Ribbon helps to fight breast cancer. They help with prevention, detection, and psychological assistance.
The team shared 382 selfies, 59 comments, and logged 902 activities, from yoga, baking, reading to biking and tennis. This challenge was just what the team needed to reconnect after not seeing each other for months due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
#NestleMovesForGood
The “#NestleMovesForGood” was a company-wide hybrid challenge. Around 300 employees participated in the challenge. Nestle Belgium organized in-person activities to engage their employees even further so that they could log into the teroGO mobile app. Examples of these activities are cultural walks around the city, paddle tournaments, and more.
This very successful challenge raised €15,000 for the Belgian Association for Students Solidarity that helps young people and insecurity. Employees shared 1,801 selfies, 286 comments, 18,145 high fives, and logged 6,799 activities from biking and running to cooking, growing plants, art, and many more.
In this challenge, upper management was a huge part of their success. Their CEO and HR director created videos to motivate employees throughout the challenge.
Final Thoughts
All in all, the employee engagement raised €20,000 in total, donated it to meaningful causes, and engaged their employees. The teroGO employee engagement challenge continues to grow with success after the success of amazing results.
