Reach out to us and we’re happy to provide you with a quote! In general, we charge a fee to implement your virtual race based on your needs. On top of that, we charge a ticket fee and for the implementation of sponsors. However, we do not charge you based on the amount of funds you raise with your virtual race. The more you raise, the happier we are. We also try to make sure to offer you pricing that reflects a low-risk, high-reward approach to ensure a low barrier of entry for your virtual race!
We will manage your event from start to finish, create impactful content, you get to choose the features and activities you want! We set it all up for you! Every virtual race includes your own custom registration page, peer to peer fundraising and our engaging mobile app.
We are happy to help you by providing best practices and tips on how to communicate and market your virtual race to your community. However, we want to set clear expectations that our responsibility is to deliver on the technical implementation, execution and maintenance of your virtual race. While we will feature your race on virtualrace.org we cannot guarantee that members of our community will join your virtual race. It is your responsibility to market your race and to make sure that your community is joining your cause!

You can track your race on the atlasGO app. It will smoothly integrate with your favorite tracking app or wearable (Garmin, Strava, or Fitbit). You can also track directly with atlasGO’s Live Tracking or enter your activity manually!
Yes, of course! Feel free to try atlasGO and give it a try. You can join one of our free challenges to experience the most important features of the application. Please consider that these challenges do not show you the whole set of options you will have for your virtual race! You can also contact us and we are happy to provide you with references.

In June 2018, the Foundation challenged Swiss Re employees to run, hike and bike to together raise $40,000 for Velafrica to open up a brand-new bicycle center in Burkina Faso. Because the initial goal was reached in record time, $10,000 was added to the Challenge with the goal to help 500 kids get access to a Velafrica bicycle.

We’ve had as high as 85% engagement in companies! For companies with more that 3,000 employees the engagement is around 25% and more than 10,000, it tends to be around 15%.
It’s up to you! For a first-time employee engagement challenge we recommend 1 – 3 months to ensure engagement is high! But we have companies with yearly challenges.

Most of our campaigns are unlocking miles for a cause but if well-being is your primary goal, you don’t have to have the donation as a part of it. In that case you choose the measurement of your challenge: distance, time, etc…
Your employees get a secret link to access the challenge so they do have to download the atlasGO app but they won’t be on the community version of the app.
