When I open my app, I only see a white screen. How do I fix this?
There might be an issue with your cache and it seems like Android devices are mostly affected by this issue.
Please follow these steps and try again to open your app:
On IOS :
Please uninstall the app and reinstall it.
On Android :
1. Go to your phone’s settings
2. Click on “Apps”
3. Select the atlasGO app
4. Tap “Storage”
5. Tap “clear cache and clear data”
