The app is crashing, what do I do? And what can I do to prevent it from happening?
We are truly sorry that the atlasGO app seems to cause trouble! Here are a few tricks to prevent the app from crashing:
• Try to delete and reinstall the app on your device. No worries, you don’t lose any of your activities or your progress, as the data is tied to your user account! Make sure to use the same credentials when logging back in.
• Make sure that your device is running on the latest operating system. Please update your device if this is not the case.
• Make sure to update your atlasGO app on a regular basis, as older versions may be more prone to crashing!
