The app gives me a server error or another error code I don’t understand, what do I do?

In most cases simply trying again in a few minutes will resolve the issue. Also make sure that your Wifi or cellular network is working probably, maybe by turning your flight mode on and off real quick. If the issue persists, please reach out to our support team and provide them with as much detail as possible so we can take of the issue as quickly as possible:

• When did the error occur

• Your device and/or browser you are using

• The text or a screenshot of the error message

• Further screenshots and videos of what happened

• A description of the steps you followed prior to having the issue, with as many details as possible.

This will help us to identify the issue you are dealing with and to find a solution!
