2.3.1 I connected my Strava account but I don’t see my activities
There could be 2 reasons why your Strava activities are not showing on the Sync Screen:
1. Your activities are set as private on Strava. Please make sure your activities are set as public so the atlasGO app can import them
2. You did not give us all the necessary permissions when connecting your Strava account with atlasGO. Please disconnect your account by clicking on the 3 dots on the top right corner of the Sync Screen and connect again. Make sure to allow all permissions, including “View data about your activities”.
