1.4 I have registered multiple people for the challenge, but they cannot join on the atlasGO app

1. If you have entered the correct email addresses of all participants, they should have gotten all the information on how to join the challenge by email. Please have them check their email addresses. You can also see FAQ 1.1 for more help.

2. If you used the same email address for all the tickets or if they still cannot join the challenge, please reach out to our support team. We are happy to help!
