In connection with Partner’s participation in any atlasGo Challenge, Partners agreed to each of the following:

Compliance with all applicable domestic and international law

Partner will comply with all applicable state, local, federal, and international laws and regulations.

Full financial transparency

Partner will be fully transparent towards atlasGO and the Community of Sweaty Changemakers about how the funds raised through the atlasGO platform are being used and will only use such funds for their intended purpose of contributing funds to nonprofit organizations.

Respect for privacy and commitment towards data protection

Partner organizations must be legal, open, honest and respectful in the way they deal with the privacy and data of end users obtained through an atlasGO Challenge.
